Southwest Florida Water Management District issued new rules on May 9, 2012 for Pinellas County, effective immediately.

Irrigation of established lawns and landscaping is authorized for one day per week using county water or wells/lakes/ponds.

If your house number ends in:	Then you may water on:
0 or 1	Monday
2 or 3	Tuesday
4 or 5	Wednesday
6 or 7	Thursday
8 or 9	Friday
Mixed or no address	Friday

Morning hours allowed 12:01 AM to 8:00 AM

Evening hours allowed 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM

Spring Cleaning – Painting 2012

On April 14 & 15 2012, our Project “Spring Cleaning – Painting” work day was a big success. Many thanks to all the neighbors and board members who shared in this second beautification project by giving of their time and for stopping by and supporting you Homeowner Association. 3 Corners Dig In Sunday

Yesterday the LPHOA attorney received a letter from Mr. Pacula’s attorney requesting we not perform any landscaping activity on his corner. As unfortunate as this is, until this suit is settled, the board would not want to do anything further to upset this neighbor. I have included the letter to be posted on our website for your review. What I think this action does say is that the homeowners association MUST pursue this legal action until some definitive decision is made. If we are unable to maintain the four corners to a standard we have come to expect; the first impression of our community and reflection of the basic value of our property, then we can assume that the consistent and long standing resale value of our homes could be compromised. So come out tomorrow, even for a few minutes and let’s plant flowers on 3 corners.
