Deed Restrictions

These deed restrictions were reproduced from copies.  They are included here only as a convenience to our members. You should always consult the legal version applicable to your property before making any decisions.

The Board asks that if a resident is uncomfortable discussing a deed restriction violation with their neighbor, that you do not take matters into your own hands in any type of anonymous fashion. There have been reports of anonymous letters appearing in mail boxes addressing deed restriction issues. The Board will not contact a homeowner in such a manner. All correspondence from the Lake Park Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors will be identified as such. If you have an issue with a neighbor, please bring it to the Board by mail, email or phone and we will assist you. The Board does not patrol our neighborhood, looking for deed restriction violations. We rely on input from our residents to identify any issues of concern.
